I’m here to tell you that the embarrassing, emotionally stressful situations you are facing now, will ultimately give birth to a passionate and purpose-driven leader - you!
I have always believed in and tried to live my life from a perspective of “The Power of Positive”. We now know from science that we are 31% more productive in positive than in neutral, negative or stressed.
Working in the corporate world, I find a lot of hurt, disappointment and toxicity that goes untreated. Through my work with managers, I help teams connect and engage productively, respectfully and compassionately through the power of positive - with simple but easy to use tools, frameworks and models I have developed since 1996.
Like most of us, I have had a number of negative life and work experiences as a friend, daughter, sister, mother, manager and business owner which have really challenged me to develop my “inside game” and step up in order to survive, thrive and move forward with my enthusiasm and positive zest for life in tact.
It has not been easy, but the work has been worth it.
In fact, I’d go so far as to say that for every disappointment I have had, each has been a particular and special “gift” that I now treasure. Each are also a story I can share so that others experiencing something similar don’t feel isolated or alone. Because they aren’t.
So it will come as no surprise that my leadership courses are founded on the principles of positive emotional intelligence.

And, because leaders deal with difficult people and events who challenge our confidence, wear us down and get in the way of us achieving our goals, we have to work on staying humble, curious and positive.
Teaching the mindset, skill-set and tool-set to effectively deal with self-limiting beliefs, triggers and biases in managing people, priorities and constant change so that we create high performing teams, is my speciality.
the number of years I’ve been educating leaders and their teams (since 1996)

I’ve had the honour of reaching
the number of countries I’ve reached with my training, whether online or face-to-face
I believe in creating a sincere, no-judgement zone which makes room for vulnerability, honesty and openness.
The ability to encourage and appreciate the best in all of us is core to how I lead and how I encourage leaders to lead.
I believe that there is power in the present, that we all have a responsibility to be our best and to create shared understanding.
Successful leaders are curious, humble, willing to learn from others and say sorry.
My training provides a sense of belonging in a space that is truthful and challenging, yet respectful.
When we choose to let “stuff” go, to forgive ourselves and others, we learn true freedom.
"What I appreciate the most about Kerry is her enthusiasm, patience, and passion. One of the biggest takeaways from the course was to delegate the technical tasks to allow time to focus on leadership."
TINA CRAIG, SENIOR ADVISOR, OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR-GENERAL, CORPORATE, DSITI
"I would highly recommend Kerry, she is the best leadership coach I have experienced by far. I got a lot out of my three days with her which will last with me a lifetime."
